I run my graphics on high with no problems, with the exception of the Assault on Tython end cutscene. I logged in to play the new content. Within five minutes on Ossus scanning, game freeze. Restart game, log in, turn down graphics to low - freeze on cut scene. After 5 more tries I get to the ship - Freeze up. Basically, the new content is unplayable for me. I am mad so I haven't tried any other stuff to see if it the problem has found its way into other content but if I know SWTOR, it has. Anybody else having this problem? | |

However it has opened up a new problem. When i play the actual game, the game always crashes after i create my character, i have now tried many, many times, and i am always unable to get past that one bit in the game, after the first Cutscene. This is where i ask for your help. Hi folks, I just got my copy of KotOR 2 this morning after playing KotOR on steam. However, all attempts to run it on my machine so far have failed; at first, I had the 'There was a problem with this application' problem, but the MSS32.DLL fix sorted that out. However, after that, I can see the intro 'movies' (i.e. LucasArts and Obsidian's logo clips) and briefly see a splash screen before it. After I create my charater and hit play,the loading screen pops up, then goes to a black screen like it's going to start up the first cut scene, but the screen stays black for awhile, then after awhile it closes out and tells me that KOTOR has stopped working and to close the program.
